All this can be implemented subject to the fulfillment of the two main conditions. First of all, it will be necessary to use exclusively new and relative cheap technologies, as well as the corresponding building materials. Nevertheless, high -quality finish from / can always be ordered independently when there are financial capabilities. As for the budget segment of housing, construction companies can build it quickly enough, and that more importantly is cheap. But the business segment in the central part has its own point of view on this subject. If a person initially intends to purchase an apartment made using more expensive and, accordingly high -quality materials, then the cost of such housing will be slightly higher.
